Inspector Trainee

Job Overview
In this entry-level role, you will develop foundational skills in quality inspection and control processes within a dynamic manufacturing environment. While under training, inspects incoming materials, various machined parts and assemblies for conformance to specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: **Upon Completion of Supervised Training**
- Visually, mechanically and physically inspect various purchased, machined and
assembled products against drawings and specifications.
- Interpret documents such as engineering drawings, specifications, test reports
and certifications to verify product conformance.
- Use a variety of measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, plug
and ring gages, thread gages.
- Complete various documents used for records of product acceptance.
- Assist screening of defective products when necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervision or Management.
- Responsible for following company policies and safety guidelines.
- Responsible for and given organizational freedom to report quality
deficiencies.

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), but *not required*

Schedule: 8-hour shift
Pay: $16.90 - $18.50 per hour
