Cars and trucks originally built with rear drum brakes (and even some factory disc brakes) on a solid axle typically have a rubber flexline in the center of the car and hard lines to the wheel cylinders. Most Wilwood brake calipers use a different type of fitting than the OE brakes, and don't mount in the same position, so typically use a short braided stainless flexline from the hard line to the caliper. Now Wilwood has rear line kits with either a weld on tab to hold the flexline, or a clamp with tab that fits any 3" axle tube.

CLAMP ON REAR FLEXLINE KIT:

Clamp On Rear Kit (P/N 220-17289) - The clamp on tab is machined from light and strong aluminum, in two pieces for easy installation. Allen head bolts hold the two halves together, and clamp any 3" diameter axle tube. The kit includes two clamps, two 12-inch flexlines, and fittings for both ends, two 90 and two 45 degree 1/8" NPT to -3 AN fittings, and two -3 AN to 3/8-24 inverted flair hard line bulkhead fittings.

Weld On Rear Kit (P/N 220-17288) - The steel weld on tab is even more universal and can be welded to any rear end with steel axle tubes. The kit includes two tabs, two 12-inch flexlines, and fittings for both ends, two 90 and two 45 degree 1/8" NPT to -3 AN fittings, and two -3 AN to  inverted flair hard line bulkhead fittings.
